Nature of the service

Chen Insight offers entertainment and structured self-reflection tools based on traditional Chinese divination. Nothing here is a prediction of events, a diagnosis, or professional advice. Do not rely on a cast or a report for medical, legal, financial, psychological, gambling, or crisis decisions. If a situation is high-stakes, consult a qualified professional.

The free cast

• No account and no email address are required. Casting is limited to three per day per session.
• Starting a cast reserves one of those three casts, even if you stop before the six lines are complete.
• Availability is not guaranteed. The tool may change, pause, or end without notice.
• You may download and share the card. Please keep the card unmodified so the entertainment notice stays attached.

Paid Bazi reports

• Orders are placed and delivered through Fiverr, and Fiverr's terms apply to the transaction.
• A report is a 12-page PDF, delivered within 48 hours of a confirmed and complete intake.
• One free redo is included if you supplied incorrect birth data. Late delivery or a report that materially differs from the listing qualifies for a redo or a refund.
• Reports are written with AI assistance from normalized chart facts and are not reviewed by a human professional. No outcome is promised.

Monthly membership

• When the monthly membership opens, billing, receipts, tax handling, and cancellation are managed by the payment platform as merchant of record.
• You may cancel at any time, and you keep every issue you have already received.
• Refunds: ask within the first month of a subscription and it is refunded, no questions asked.
• If prices change for new members later, existing subscriptions keep the rate they signed up on, including the founder rate.

Content and ownership

The card design, the written copy, and the calculation presentation belong to Chen Insight. Traditional hexagram names and the sixty-four hexagrams themselves are part of the public cultural record.
