The relationship
Also the element that acts on the Day Master, but with opposite polarity, so the constraint is taken up willingly and becomes order. This is the relationship in which rules are not the enemy — position, duty, and procedure are the shape a life is built inside.
How it shows up
Prominent where people do things properly and are trusted because of it: institutions, roles with clear duty, work where being dependable is the whole value. They tend to be steady, careful with their word, and uncomfortable with shortcuts.
Where the cost is
The cost is rigidity. Being good inside a structure can make it hard to question the structure, and the same respect for the rule can keep a person in a role long after it stopped fitting.
What keeps it in proportion
Output loosens it. Making something of your own keeps structure from becoming the only thing you can do.
